About

Built by someone in it

ADHD Reflect was made by an ADHD parent raising an ADHD-influenced kid in Brisbane, Australia.

It started because every parenting resource I found assumed a level of calm, consistency and executive function that my brain doesn't reliably provide. The books were useful. The apps were useful. But none of them were written for someone whose nervous system is already at capacity before the meltdown starts.

This is not a clinic, not a course, and not a brand that discovered ADHD last quarter.

What this is

ADHD Reflect is a library of short, specific cards for the moments when ADHD and parenting collide. When you've just yelled. When homework has fallen apart. When you've checked out and feel guilty about it.

Each card has two sides. What's happening for you, and what's happening for your kid. Not advice. Not judgment. Just what actually helps when you're stressed, ashamed, overwhelmed, or short on time.

What this is not

This is not therapy. It is not medical advice. It does not diagnose ADHD or any other condition, and it does not assess your child. It is not a substitute for professional support.

If you or your child are in crisis, please visit our safety page for support options.

How the quiz works

The ADHD parenting pattern quiz helps you notice which patterns show up most often when things get hard at home. It matches you to one of five patterns and gives you a small weekly practice to try. It takes about three minutes.

It's a reflective tool, not a diagnostic one.
